A MAN has appeared in a Bradford court after hitting 125mph on the motorway.
Precious Ezerioha, of Edge Lane Road in Oldham, exceeded the speed limit on the M62 Eastbound at Huddersfield on October 2 of last year.
The 23-year-old attended Bradford Magistrates Court last Tuesday (February 20).
Court documents say he was driving a Volkswagen CC at the time of the offence.
Ezerioha had already admitted to committing the speeding - exceeding the 70 mph motorway limit - manned equipment offence before the hearing.
He was fined £403 and must pay a £161 victim surcharge and £110 in court costs.
His driving record was also endorsed with six points.
The £674 total will be paid in £100 monthly instalments from March 19.
