A RALLY in support of a campaign giving a voice to farmers will pass through Bradford this weekend.
The Yorkshire Kissan Car Rally will pass through Bradford at the GGS Gurdwara on Leeds Road on Saturday.
The rally, which supports the No Farmers No Food campaign, runs from 12noon to 3pm on Saturday, starting in Leeds and passing through Bradford before finishing in Huddersfield.
Those joining the rally are gathering at 11am Saturday at the Sikh Temple on Chapeltown Road, Leeds. The rally will start at 12noon.
The rally goes through Bradford when the protestors will call in at the GGS Gurdwara on Leeds Road at 1pm.
They will then travel to Huddersfield and stop at the GTB Gurdwara on New House Road at 3pm.
The aim of the No Farmers, No Food is to create a campaign which ensures farming remains 'viable' as an industry while at the same time promoting sustainable food production.
