TWO females were freed by firefighters from the wreckage of a two-car crash in Rawdon.
Emergency services were called scrambled to the scene of a two-car crash on Layton Lane, Rawdon, at 12.09pm today.
A spokesperson for the West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service said: "Two cars involved with two females trapped.
"An extrication carried out by fire service personnel and left in care of paramedics.
"Appliances from Rawdon and Bradford fire stations attended."
A spokesperson for the Yorkshire Ambulance Service said: "We received an emergency call at 11.52am today to a report a collision between two vehicles on Layton Lane, Rawdon.
"Two ambulances and a rapid response vehicle were dispatched to the scene.
"Two women were conveyed to Leeds General Infirmary."
