A MALE who was arrested on suspicion of drug offences in Bradford at the end of last week has been released under investigation.
A West Yorkshire Police spokesperson said officers were called to Sunbridge Road in the city centre just before 3.10pm on Friday to a "concern for the safety of a male"
Emergency services cordoned off part of the road - close to the bus stop and Premier shop.
An ambulance could be seen on one side of the road while officers guarded the cordoned off area.
According to the police spokesperson in a statement issued over the weekend, the male was "taken to hospital with minor injuries".
"He was then arrested on suspicion of drug offences and taken into police custody," they added.
Today, the force has confirmed the suspect has been released under investigation.
