A SEX shop in Bradford has applied for the renewal of its Sex Establishment Licence.

Cocktails Ltd has applied to Bradford Council for the renewal of a sex establishment licence to use the premises at Pulse & Cocktails, Tong Street, as a sex shop.

Any objections should be made in writing to the Department or Place, Licensing Team, Argus Chambers, Hall Ings, Bradford, BD1 1HX.

Bradford Council has also announced the following temporary road closures:

* Fairbank Road, Girlington, for gas works.

The order will affect the road from a point outside No 2 Fairbank Road to its junction with Whetley Lane.

Pedestrian access will be maintained. Alternative traffic routes will be available via Fairbank Road(unafFected section),Toller Lane, Whetley Lane and vice versa. The order will last from 8am on February 10 until 6pm on February 18.

* All Saints Road, Bradford, for construction works.

The order will affect All Saints Road from its junction with Great Horton Road to its junction with Turner Place. Pedestrian access will be maintained. Alternative traffic routes will be available via All Saints Road(unaffected section), Laisteridge Lane, Horton Park Avenue, Great Horton Road and vice versa. The order will last from 8am on February 12 until 4pm on February 16.

* Fencote Crescent, Fagley, for construction works.

The order will affect Fencote Crescent from its junction with Flawith Drive to a point outside No.6 Fencote Crescent.

Pedestrian access will be maintained. Alternative routes for traffic will be available via Fencote Crescent(unaffected section), Flinton Grove, Flawith Drive and vice versa. The order will start at 8am on February 12 until 6pm on February 14 then again at 8am until 6pm on February 29.

* Bakes Street, Little Horton, for telecommunication works.

The order will affect Bakes Street from its junction with Great Horton Road for approximately 30 metres in a north westerly direction. Pedestrian access will be maintained.There will be no alternative routes for traffic. The order lasts from 8am on February 11 until 6pm on February 11.

* Advanced Supply Chain Group Ltd, trading as Advanced Supply Chain Group Ltd of Wharfdale Road Euroway Trading Estate, is applying for a licence to use Unit 4 Interchange Way, Oakenshaw, as an operating centre for 30 goods vehicles and 120 trailers. Owners or occupiers of land (including buildings) wanting to make written representations should post them to the Traffic Commissioner at Hillcrest House, 386 Harehills Lane, Leeds LS9 6NF, stating the reasons.
