AN Audi only insured to a woman was seized after police found a man driving it on a major Bradford road.
The black car was spotted by officers from the Steerside Enforcement Team on Killinghall Road.
The driver tried to "run-off" before being caught by police, a spokesperson for the force said.
They found the man had no licence or insurance.
The vehicle was seized and he was reported to court.
West Yorkshire Police's Operation Steerside Team has been dedicated to tackling dangerous and anti-social driving in Bradford since the initiative was launched in 2016.
It evolved in 2018 into a multi-agency partnership (consisting of representatives from Bradford Council, police, education and the fire service) and has continued ever since to proactively take on illegal use of the road.
