UPDATE: Police, firefighters and paramedics at scene after 'man falls down hole'
A MAJOR road has been closed this morning.
Councillor Luke Majkowski (Bradford South Independent Group, Queensbury) wrote on Facebook: "Highgate Road closed due to police incident."
A West Yorkshire Police spokesperson said: "At 7.19 this morning officers were called by the ambulance service to reports of a concern for safety at Highgate Road.
"Emergency services remain at the scene."
The activity appears to be near The Boar's Head pub, with police, firefighters, and paramedics all in attendance.
