TWO arrests were made after cannabis plants were discovered in a van stopped by police.
Police made the arrests on Wednesday night after pulling over the van on Knowles Avenue in Holme Wood.
The Bradford South Neighbourhood Policing Team said the vehicle “smelled strongly of cannabis”.
The spokesperson added: “The rear of the van was found to be full of cannabis plants.”
Two males were arrested on suspicion of the production of cannabis and possession of class B drugs.
The van was seized. Police also seized the arrested males' phones and searched their home addresses.
The spokesperson added: “The males will be released under investigation while we examine their phones and carry out forensic work on the drugs.”
