POLICE made arrests in Bradford city centre amid a 12-hour dispersal order.
The dispersal order - which was introduced after reports of anti-social behaviour outside bars - started at 7pm yesterday and ended at 7am today.
It gave police powers to move on people suspected of causing problems.
This morning, a West Yorkshire Police spokesperson said: "No dispersals were issued overnight - however, four people were arrested in the city centre on suspicion of being drunk and disorderly."
West Yorkshire Police said the dispersal order was introduced after police dealt with reports of groups hanging around outside bars on Ivegate and Westgate.
They had been "making a nuisance of themselves", a police spokesperson said.
Officers said the dispersal order was intended to make sure revellers out in the city centre felt safe.
