POLICE who seized a quad bike in Bradford said the rider tried to hide it from them.
Officers from West Yorkshire Police's Steerside Enforcement Team said they spotted the vehicle being used in an "anti-social manner" in Fagley.
The quad bike was being driven on the road, they added.
According to the team, the rider refused to stop and speak with officers.
A spokesperson for West Yorkshire Police said: "His hiding spot turned out to be not so good as we later found it and seized it."
The Steerside Enforcement Team operates across the Bradford district, deploying officers seven days a week in cars and on bikes.
They work as part of Operation Steerside, which was launched in the region in 2016 to tackle crimes on the roads.
