TWO people have been charged following an incident which saw the bomb squad dispose of a suspicious object.
Paul Bruveris, aged 46, of Dene View in Luddendenfoot, and Rochelle Morrisson, aged 37, of Natty Lane in Illingworth, have been charged with offences under the Explosive Substances Act.
Police said the charges relate to an incident in Illingworth at the weekend.
A large cordon, stretching more than 100 metres, was placed on Keighley Road in the village for the majority of Saturday.
Some properties were also temporarily evacuated.
Both Bruveris and Morrisson appeared before Leeds Magistrates' Court yesterday, where they were remanded into custody.
