A BRADFORD nursery is thrilled at another 'outstanding' Ofsted rating.
Community Works Nursery & Children's Centre, on Undercliffe Lane, was inspected by the watchdog on October 31.
In a latest report, the nursery received the highest rating in all four categories.
Inspectors said children develop a "wonderful sense of self and know what makes them unique" at the centre.
They added: "Their backgrounds, interests and experiences are valued immensely and become an integral part of the setting.
"All children are provided with a rich and inclusive set of experiences so that everyone develops their understanding and respect for both their local, and other, communities."
Ofsted was impressed by the manager's ability to maintain links with the local community.
The report said: "Staff are excellent role models and consistently praise children for their efforts. Consequently, children become very positive learners."
Partnerships with parents are "exceptionally effective", inspectors added.
They said: "Parents acknowledge that the nursery goes 'above and beyond' their expectations.
"They appreciate the hard work of staff to build children's confidence and get them ready for school."
Nursery manager Sandra Walker said: “I am very proud that the passion and commitment that staff have for children in our community nursery is reflected throughout the report.
"To get an 'outstanding' twice in succession is a testament to our consistent ambition to give children that come to our nursery, the very best start in life.
“Amazingly, we still do have a few free places for January 2024 and those interested should call 01274 200589.
“We know that some parents have been reluctant to send their children to nursery, particularly since Covid-19, but we know that our families realise that the experiences we can offer, result in exceptional outcomes for their children.”
Parent Mahnoor Malik added: “A lovely report for the nursery. My daughter loves it, and I would recommend it to everyone and anyone.
"Congratulations to Community Works Nursery and thank you for looking after our children with the best care."
Jane Lees, CEO of Communityworks, said: “We are extremely proud of this Ofsted report, which is positively glowing and reflects the hard work of our excellent staff team.
"It was great to see that Ofsted acknowledged that the nursery places children and their families at the heart of its care, as we always try to go above and beyond to work together with families to help them thrive.”
