TWO vehicle thefts in Bradford have been reported to police, including one where a locked car was put onto a low loader and taken away.
According to police, the car theft took place in the Great Horton area of Bradford yesterday (Wednesday).
A spokesperson for West Yorkshire Police said: "On December 13, someone stole a car parked locked and secure on Havelock Street, BD7. They loaded the car onto a low loader and took it away. It was witnessed by a neighbour."
The police also received a report of a van theft in Queensbury.
A police spokesperson said: "Sometime between December 12 and 13 someone managed to break into a van parked on Nelson Street, Queensbury. They managed to start it and drove it away in an unknown direction."
Police also warned people to double-check that their vehicle is locked and ensure there is nothing valuable left inside.
