A NEW sentencing date has been set following an incident where two dogs were dangerously out of control.
Helena Fruin, 62, pleaded guilty to counts of being the owner/person in charge of a dog dangerously out of control - no injury, on September 11.
The charges relate to an incident on Sage Street, on the Canterbury estate involving two huskies - Storm and Shadow - on June 23 this year.
The September hearing was adjourned to allow a pre-sentence report to be prepared.
Fruin, of Robin Street, also on the Canterbury estate, was then due to be sentenced on November 27.
Court documents state the November 27 hearing was adjourned as "unexpected circumstances meant that the case could not be heard".
A new date has been set for February 13 next year at Bradford and Keighley Magistrates' Court.
