FLOOD alerts are in place this evening as wet and windy weather lashes the district.
A Met Office weather warning for rain, which covers the Bradford district, is also in place until 3am on Sunday, while a warning for wind is in place until 11.45pm today.
The @metofficeYorks has issued a yellow weather warning for heavy rain & strong winds which has raised river levels in some areas. Several flood alerts are now in place.

The flood alerts in place and what they say
The River Worth catchment
The alert says: "Flooding is possible from 7pm Saturday evening until 1am Sunday morning.
"We currently expect levels to peak through Keighley around 9pm this evening and to fall later tonight. Further unsettled weather is expected throughout the rest of the weekend.
"Areas most at risk include River Worth, Bridgehouse Beck and North Beck from Oxenhope to Keighley."
Upper River Calder catchment
"River levels are forecast to rise on the Upper River Calder between Todmorden and Brighouse due to further rainfall today. Areas most at risk are low lying land and roads.
"Flooding is possible from 8pm Saturday evening to 1am on Sunday morning and further rainfall is forecast at times through the rest of the weekend.
"The River Calder at Todmorden is currently expected to peak around 10pm this evening."
Middle River Aire catchment
"River levels are rising due to further heavy rainfall affecting West Yorkshire through this evening.
"Areas most at risk include locations near the River Aire from Stockbridge to Castleford, including Bradford Beck, Oulton Beck and Kippax Beck.
"Flooding is possible from 8pm Saturday evening and overnight into Sunday. We currently expect levels to peak through Leeds in the early hours of Sunday morning. Further unsettled weather is expected throughout the rest of the weekend."
Glusburn Beck catchment
"River levels are rising on Glusburn Beck and its tributaries due to rainfall this evening, and into tomorrow.
"Levels on Sutton Beck, in Sutton-in-Craven are rising quickly."
It says a peak was expected at 7.30pm this evening but adds: "Further rainfall is forecast tonight and into tomorrow, with weather remaining unsettled throughout the rest of the weekend. We will continue to monitor rainfall and river levels closely."
Upper River Aire catchment
"River levels are rising due to further heavy rainfall across the Upper Aire catchment.
"Areas most at risk include are locations near the River Aire, Eller Beck and Waller Hill Beck, with low lying land expected to be most affected, particularly around the River Aire from Gargrave to Stockbridge, including Eshton Beck, Eller Beck and Silsden Beck.
"Flooding of low lying land and minor roads is through Saturday evening, 9/12/2023 and into Sunday.
"We currently expect levels on the River Aire at Kildwick to peak around 11pm Saturday evening and Cononley washlands will be steadily filling. Further unsettled weather is expected throughout the rest of the weekend."
Upper River Wharfe catchment
"A flood alert has been issued for the Upper river Wharfe.
"River levels are responding to further rainfall falling on an already wet catchment. Flooding is forecast to affect locations near the River Wharfe, with low lying land expected to be most affected, particularly agricultural land and possibly minor roads in the valley floor, including Buckden, Bolton Abbey and Ilkley.
"Levels are expected to remain high overnight and begin falling tomorrow.
"However, further rain is forecast. Consider putting your flood plan into action. You should avoid walking, cycling or driving through flood water."
