A VACANT city centre building could be converted into a café if new plans are approved.
An application to convert a vacant section of warehouse on Nelson Street, a short distance from Trafalgar House police station and New College Bradford, has been submitted to Bradford Council.
The proposals would see a section of Enterprise House turned into a coffee shop, with a neighbouring section of the building converted to a self-storage facility.
The work will also include a new fire exit for the Afrogrocers food store on the same site.
The proposals have been submitted by Chander Properties LTD.
The application says the self storage facility would open 24 hours a day, while the café would open between 7am and 5pm.
A decision on the application is expected in the New Year.
