A TEST-sounding of an emergency siren will be heard at a Bradford company tomorrow.
The off-site emergency siren is set to go off at 10am and 8pm at Solenis in Low Moor on Thursday, December 7.
The siren, which produces a sound of increasing and decreasing pitch, will operate for one minute on each occasion.
Solenis say there is no need for members of the public, who hear the siren, to take any action.
The emergency services have been informed of the test sounding of the siren.
Residents living within the Public Information Zone around the Solenis site at Low Moor will have recently received a leaflet giving details of this test.
It is part of the company’s obligations under the Control of Major Accident Hazards Regulations 2015.
