A MAN is due in a Bradford court today having been charged with a public order offence following an incident in Keighley at the weekend.
Police were called to the scene of an incident on Belgrave Road, Keighley, on Saturday.
Reports indicated that armed police had to be called to the scene to deal with the incident. A police helicopter also reportedly was called to assist officers.
A spokesperson for West Yorkshire Police said: "Police investigating reports of disorder on Belgrave Road, Keighley on Saturday, December 2, have charged a man.
"Sohail Saddique, 29, of Belgrave Road, has been charged with a public order offence.
"He’s been remanded into custody to appear at Bradford Magistrates this morning.
"Enquiries remain ongoing."
