AN arrest has been made after police found five suspected banned dogs, drugs, and offensive weapons at a Bradford property.
Officers executed a warrant at an address on Manchester Road on Monday (November 27).
It came following information suggesting that banned dogs were being kept at the property.
A post on the West Yorkshire Police - Bradford South Facebook page read: "On Monday, November 27, officers from Bradford South NPT Team 3, executed a warrant at an address on Manchester Road, Bradford.
"The warrant was executed under the Animal Welfare Act, following information to suggest that banned dogs were being kept at the property.
"Officers recovered x5 suspected banned breeds, along with a quantity of class A drugs and cannabis.
"A number of offensive weapons and a Taser were also located inside the property.
"The occupant at the address was subsequently arrested in connection with possession with intent to supply class A and class B drugs, possession of offensive weapons in a private place, possession of a firearm without a certificate and possession/custody of a fighting dog.
"We would like to take this opportunity to thank the community for your continued support. The information you provide us is invaluable in making our communities safer."
