TWO significant office buildings in Bradford’s Little Germany area have been put up for sale.
Kelso House, on Burnett Street, and Parkgate House, on Park Street have both been listed for sale by estate agents Mark Brearley & Co.
Kelso House is a Grade II-listed former wool warehouse that dates back to the 1860s.
The two-storey building has 500.28 sqm of office space and has an asking price of £500,000.
Parkgate House, a more modern building next to Kelso House, is three storeys and has 773.23sqm of office space, as well as on-site parking.
It has an asking price of £700,000.
Little Germany was built in the Victorian area, mainly by European business leaders, during Bradford’s time as one of the most successful cities in the UK.
It has the highest concentration of listed buildings in Europe.
