LONG delays on a motorway have continued into the evening after a crash.
The collision has happened on the westbound carriageway of the M62, between junction 24 (Ainley Top) and junction 23 (Huddersfield).
It was first reported at 2.54pm, according to the AA.
The carriageway is partially blocked by the crash and this is causing congestion in the area, with large queues still on the motorway, as of 4.45pm.
National Highways is reporting average vehicle speed at junction 24 is down to 15 miles per hour and 10mph at junction 25 (Clifton Interchange).
The Telegraph & Argus has contacted West Yorkshire Police for further details.
