THE reason for a significant police presence outside a Bradford house has been revealed.
Several police vehicles, including cars and crime scene investigation vans, were outside the property on Brackendale Grove, Thackley.
A police cordon was also put in place around the house in the afternoon.
It's understood officers had been at the property for much of the day.
Enquiries by the Telegraph & Argus to West Yorkshire Police were referred to Police Scotland.
The force issued a statement this morning and said a 24-year-old man was arrested.
In the statement, a Police Scotland spokesperson told the Telegraph & Argus: “A 24-year-old man was arrested in Bradford on Thursday, November 23, 2023, in connection with malicious communications posted online.
"He was released pending further enquiry."
