DRIVERS faced long delays after a crash involving a HGV and a van on the M62 this morning.
The collision happened on the westbound stretch of the motorway from junction 27, for Gildersome, to junction 26, for Chain Bar.
Two lanes which were closed have now reopened, according to travel monitoring site Inrix.
A West Yorkshire Police spokesperson said: "Police were called to the M62 westbound at junction 27 at 7.42am to a report of a collision between a HGV and a van.
"No injuries were reported and work remains ongoing to clear the carriageway."
A National Highways spokesperson said at around 10am: "All lanes are now open on the M62 westbound between junction 27 and junction 26 following a multi-vehicle collision.
"Please allow extra time if travelling in the area as delays of 60 minutes above normal travel time remain."
