A BRADFORD man has been fined after he was caught driving without a seatbelt.
Altaf Hussain, 39 of Ambleside Avenue in the Toller ward of Bradford was caught driving without a seatbelt on October 30, 2022.
He was driving on Oak Lane, Bradford in His Volkswagen Tiguan when he was stopped by police.
At Bradford and Keighley Magistrates Court, a collection order was made and he was fined £40, and asked to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £16 and costs of £55.
In total, he must pay £111 which must be paid by December 6, 2023.
The defendant's guilty plea was taken into consideration when the sentence was imposed.
