Looking back at Bradford's Christmas lights switch-ons

Hundreds turned out to see Nineties girl band B*Witched perform, along with Rate My Takeaway’s Danny Malin, saxophonist Ellie Sax and Abba tribute act Masters of Scene. The crowds cheered as B*Witched pushed the plunger and switched on The Broadway’s shimmering seasonal lights.

As festive lights ceremonies take place across the district, we’ve dipped into the archives to look back on some of the special guests who have done the honours over the years. Remember any of these switch-ons?
