A PEDESTRIAN was rushed to hospital with serious injuries after a crash involving a car.
There was heavy traffic on Parry Lane, near its junction with Bowling Back Lane, in Bradford yesterday evening after a collision.
West Yorkshire Police said later that night the force had been called to a crash involving a pedestrian and a Mercedes C220 on the road at 5.25pm.
The pedestrian - a 40-year-old man - was taken to hospital.
A spokesperson for the force provided an update this evening and said the man has "serious but not life-threatening injuries".
The crash caused congestion issues both ways on Parry Lane but it was cleared less than an hour later, at 6.07pm.
