A PUB has been put up for sale by its charitable trust owners.
The Craven Heifer, on Grassington Road in Skipton, has a price tag of £795,000.
The Trustees of the Tarn Moor Estate are also willing to let out the pub, which has been empty since July following the departure of the last tenants who had been there since 2018.
Ilkley-based Atkinson Associates says the "long established and widely known public house" is expected to generate strong interest.
It has bars, dining rooms and 19 letting bedrooms and is described as being in a "superb location" and "suitable for a variety of uses, subject to planning".
There is also an adjoining barn - where most of the letting rooms are - as well as staff accommodation and a large car park.
A spokesperson for Atkinson Associates said: "On the fringe of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, (The Craven Heifer) is in superb open countryside; the site is well situated to benefit from the significant passing and tourist/visitor trade in this area as well as convenient for a large local clientele.
"Historically the property has been let on behalf of charity trustees, the property business is presently closed and available either freehold or by way of a new free of tie lease."
