A BRADFORD primary school is partially closed today due to a "door malfunction".
The school made the announcement through Bradford Council's emergency closure alert system.
A statement said: "There has been a door malfunction with a large percentage of doors in school.
"This means that should there be a need, we cannot evacuate a whole school of children safely at present.
"Emergency repairs are currently underway and we hope to re-open at lunchtime, failing that, tomorrow.
"We will update families as soon as we are able."
The statement added: "School remains open to those that were already here in our breakfast club 'Denholme Plus' and those on the roll of our Resourced Provision.
"These children are in areas where they can safely evacuate if needed."
