A DISQUALIFIED driver has been banned for 16 months after being caught three times over the limit.
Sohrab Khan, 26, of Rochester Street, in Thornbury, Bradford pleaded guilty to three driving offences at York Magistrates' Court on October 10 this year.
He was sentenced at the same court on Tuesday.
The 26-year-old was caught drink-driving in a black BMW 3 Series on Keighley Road, in Skipton at 4.50am on August 7.
Khan blew a reading of 125 micrograms (mg) in a breathalyser test.
The alcohol limit for drivers in England, Wales and Northern Ireland is 35mg per 100 millilitres of breath.
The 26-year-old was also disqualified from driving at the time and had no insurance.
Alongside the driving ban, Khan was also handed a community order.
He must carry out 100 hours of unpaid work within the next year.
The court ordered him to pay £734 as well.
This included a surcharge of £114 to fund victim services and £620 in costs.
