LONG delays have been reported on the M62 after a crash involving multiple vehicles.
National Highways said at around 5.10pm that the incident happened on the westbound stretch of the motorway between junction 23, near Huddersfield, and junction 22, for Denshaw.
A National Highways spokesperson said there had been a "multi-vehicle collision".
They added: "Vehicles have been moved to the hard shoulder and all lanes are open.
"There are approximately two-and-a-half miles of congestion.
"Please allow time for the delays to ease."
