POLICE were called to reports of a crash on a major route, this morning.
It's understood emergency services were at the scene in Liversedge, on Halifax Road, at the junction with Clough Lane.
The collision, involving a vehicle and bike happened just before 6am.
The road was closed off as emergency services dealt with the situation.
A spokesperson for West Yorkshire Police, said: "At 6.02 police were called to Clough Lane to reports of a bike and car in collision.
"The road has since reopened."
A spokesperson for Yorkshire Ambulance Service, said: "We received an emergency call at 6am on Wednesday morning to report a collision between a car and motorbike at the junction of Quaker Lane and Halifax Road in Liversedge.
"Two ambulances were dispatched to the scene and one patient was conveyed to Huddersfield Royal Infirmary and one patient was conveyed to Dewsbury and District Hospital."
