A BRADFORD man has been jailed after being caught driving while disqualified twice in the space of two days.
Gavin Binns, 36, of Newhall Park Drive, appeared before Bradford and Keighley Magistrates’ Court facing a total of six charges.
These were driving while disqualified on February 2 and 3 last year and using a motor vehicle without insurance on the same two dates.
He also faced two charges of failing to surrender to court bail, to which he pleaded guilty.
The driving charges related to two separate incidents, the first on Halifax Road in a Ford Transit Connect, and the second on Harbour Road in a different vehicle.
He was found guilty in June last year of the first set of driving offences relating to the van, after pleading guilty to the remaining driving charges two months earlier in April 2022.
At the sentencing hearing on September 28, Binns was jailed for two months.
