POLICE stopped a car and found four children not wearing seatbelts.
Officers from the Bingley Rural Neighbourhood Policing Team were on targeted patrols following community intelligence.
The VW Passat was stopped in the Cottingley area.
Police said the driver had no licence and the car was uninsured.
"An adult passenger had no seatbelt, four children had no seatbelts and there were too many passengers for the vehicle," said a spokesperson.
"The car was seized and the driver reported for all the offences."
