A MALE has been arrested after police discovered a large cannabis farm and swords in a Bradford property.

Reacting to community intelligence, West Yorkshire Police officers attended an address on Cleckheaton Road in Wyke this morning.

Following a forced entry, a big cannabis farm across multiple rooms was found.

Two curved swords, a couple of air pistols and an air rifle were also discovered in the search.

The male responsible for the address was arrested.

He was arrested on suspicion of cannabis production, abstract electricity, possession with intent to supply class B drugs, possession of offensive weapons and proceeds of crime.

A spokesperson for the force said: "Thanks to our communities for your information and intelligence, we cannot do the job we do without it."
