A GREGGS shop damaged in a fire has reopened its doors with a fresh new look.
The new and improved shop is open once again with more jobs set to be created.
The bakery chain’s store in Heckmondwike was closed temporarily after the fire in December.
In March, the firm applied to Kirklees Council to create a replacement shop front and a new flat roof to replace the pitched roof.
It is now back - with additional indoor seating.
A Greggs spokesperson said: “We're excited to be welcoming customers back to our new and improved shop on Market Street in Heckmondwike.
"The shop has reopened with a fresh new look and additional indoor seating.
"Returning to usual service, it will stock freshly prepared Greggs favourites, including the on-the-go-retailer’s popular Sausage Roll, Steak Bake and delicious vegan alternatives.
"Further jobs have also been created and will be posted on the Greggs Family website."
