A MAN has been in court after he admitted stealing a bag with £100 inside it at a swimming pool.
Mohammed Qadeer, of Brooke Street in Rastrick, committed the theft at Brighouse Swimming Pool & Fitness Centre on December 30 of last year.
The leopard print bag which contained the cash belonged to a woman.
Qadeer's case was heard at Bradford and Keighley Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, September 19.
He indicated a plea of guilty in relation to the offence at the centre on Woodvale Road which has a 25-metre swimming pool, a 20-metre teaching pool, and a gym.
The 35-year-old was fined £120 and has to pay £100 in compensation.
He also had to pay £85 in court costs and a £48 victim surcharge.
