PRINCESS Anne is seen as the most sustainable member of the royal family for re-wearing her clothes from the 1960s, 1970s and 1980s.
In our throwaway society, we could all do with taking a leaf out of her book, and that of Yorkshire nonagenarian Betty Baker. Aged 94, Betty still owns and wears items of clothing bought decades earlier - and they still look great. She bought this Marks & Spencer cotton dress in 1978 when she returned to work after raising her family, and is still wearing it 45 years later. "I love it, it's still really comfortable," she says.
