People struggling with Long Covid are being urged to reach out to a virtual support group.
The Well Together Service - part of The Bradford District Care Foundation Trust - runs the service between 10.30am and 11.30am every Wednesday.
Held via Microsoft Teams, the meeting invites people to share their experiences and get support from others in a respectful, confidential space.
To be referred into this group, people can contact the Well Together Service on 01274 259190 or complete the self referral form by visiting www.bdct.nhs.uk/services/well-together-service/
What is Long Covid?
The NHS website says Long Covid means your symptoms carry on even after your Covid infection has resolved.
It can also mean you are having new health problems, such as brain fog or fatigue.
Medical professionals say there are two types of long Covid - Ongoing symptomatic Covid, when Covid symptoms carry on for 4 to 12 weeks, and Post-Covid Syndrome, when Covid symptoms carry on for over 12 weeks.
