The pride and passion for a Caribbean nation will be marked at a special event in Bradford this weekend.
It is 40 years since St Kitts and Nevis gained freedom from British rule on September 19, 1983.
Collective Impact is hosting a celebration of the state's history, cuisine, music, and culture on Sunday, September 24.
Tunes will be provided by DJs Daddy Jeff, Raff Riif, and Lady Fusion while The Pan Tones will perform live music.
The event is being held at the Dominica Association of Bradford on Worthington Street.
People of all backgrounds are welcome to attend the event.
St Kitts and Nevis is the smallest sovereign state in the Western Hemisphere and has an estimated population of over 53,000.
Not only does 2023 mark 40 years of the state's independence, it is 75 years since the arrival of HMT Empire Windrush to the UK’s shores.
People from St Kitts were among those who answered the Government's call to help rebuild Britain after the war.
Beyond that, the West Indian migrants built communities in churches across the UK, kept Caribbean culture such as Quadrille dancing alive, and brought new cuisine to the nation's cookbooks and restaurant menus.
The 75th anniversary of Windrush took place on June 22, 2023.
