ADMINISTRATORS have been appointed to officially make Bradford Northern Rugby League Football Club insolvent.
Administrators from Leonard Curtis, a business solution firm that handles insolvency, were appointed on August 25 to handle the insolvency of Bradford Northern Rugby League Football Club (1964) Ltd.
Although this company is trading as Bradford Bulls at Odsal Stadium, it has no relation to Bradford Bulls 2017. That means there is no impact on the current Bradford Bulls rugby team's operations.
In a public notice, the High Court of Justice Business and Property Courts in Manchester - Company and Insolvency List noted that administrators for Bradford Northern had been appointed.
In 1964, Bradford Northern had reformed under new owners after going out of business on December 10, 1963, due to declining support.
In 1996, Bradford Northern became the Bradford Bulls when the club joined the Super League.
