POLICE are at the scene tonight (Wednesday) of a serious collision involving a car and cyclist near the Stanningley Bypass.
The West Yorkshire Police were called at 4.16pm today to Spring Valley View, Bramley, following a collision between a car and cyclist.
"It's a serious crash," said a spokesperson for West Yorkshire Police. "Our officers are still at the scene."
The Yorkshire Ambulance Service said: "We received an emergency call at 4.05pm on Wednesday afternoon to report a collision between a car and cyclist on Spring Valley View, Bramley.
"An ambulance, rapid response vehicle and doctor were dispatched to the scene and a male patient was conveyed to Leeds General Infirmary."
