A MAN has been jailed for driving while disqualified and drink driving in Bradford.
Mario Gaci, 25, of Marsh Street, Bradford, was jailed for a total of 22 weeks for three offences.
He was jailed for 11 weeks for drink driving. Court documents state that he had 53 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 milliliters of breath.
This offence was committed on Manchester Road and Smiddles Lane on July 27 this year.
He was ordered to pay a £154 victim surcharge.
Gaci was jailed for 11 weeks, to run consecutively, for driving on Manchester Road while banned, also on July 27.
He was disqualified from driving for four years and two months.
Court documents state Gaci has a "flagrant disregard for court orders".
There was no separate penalty for driving without third-party insurance, also on July 27.
Gaci pleaded guilty to the charges and was sentenced at Bradford and Keighley Magistrates’ Court on August 23.
