A Bradford City fan was arrested following an incident in a match at Stockport County last night (Tuesday).
West Yorkshire Police reported that a City fan was arrested after an incident involving the Stockport County goalkeeper.
The individual was arrested on suspicion of assault and a public order offence.
In a post on X, formerly Twitter, WYP_BantamsPolice said: "One City fan was arrested for assault and public order in relation to an incident against the Stockport County keeper."
Stockport County keeper Ben Hinchliffe made a key penalty save to secure a 1-1 draw with Bradford City.
