POLICE have renewed an e-fit image appeal after two teenage girls were assaulted after getting off a bus. 

The 15-year-old girls got off the number 682 bus on Halifax Road, at the junction of Netherlands Avenue in Low Moor, sometime between 10pm and 10.30pm on Tuesday, August 8.

Police released an e-fit of the man they would like to speak to in connection with the assault.

He is described as a male, aged between 40 and 50 and of a large build.

One of the girls was taken to hospital with a head injury, but she was later discharged.
