A MAN has appeared in court after he was caught driving with cocaine in Bradford.
Aiden Wood-Manders, 29, of Holmefield View, Bradford, was convicted for three charges.
The offences took place on Whitehall Road, Drighlington, on May 20, 2023.
Wood-Manders pleaded guilty to all charges and was sentenced at Bradford & Keighley Magistrates’ Court on July 14, 2023.
In the first charge, he was found behind the wheel whilst uninsured. He was disqualified from holding, or obtaining, a driving licence for 18 months for this offence.
Wood-Manders faced a charge of possession of controlled drug of Class A – cocaine.
He was fined £140 and ordered to pay £85 costs and a £56 victim surcharge for this offence.
The court ordered for the cocaine to be destroyed at the sentencing hearing.
He was given no separate penalty for a third offence of driving a motor vehicle otherwise than in accordance with a licence.
