Bradford city centre was a hive of activity on Friday and Saturday as the BD: Festival got underway.
The festival included dance performances, street theatre, live music, immersive art installations, interactive exhibitions, and even circus performances.
It was all part of the build-up to 2025 - the year Bradford celebrates its title as UK City of Culture.

If you’re @BDCulture_’s bd:Festival today make sure to catch @balbirdance’s Cricket Green! I’m really proud that @Kala_Sangam has supported the creation of this brilliant family piece that uses cricket to highlight the climate emergency. It’s SUPER fun! pic.twitter.com/YGjC0zK5uE
