Calls for action have been made over two damaged two walls in the Bradford district.
One of the walls is located at the top of Frizinghall Road in Bradford, where a pile of stones spilled out onto the pavement and road.
And Councillor Julie Glentworth (Cons, Keighley West) said a dry stone wall at Fell Lane and Wheathead Lane, Keighley, also needs to be repaired.
"I've contacted the Council several times and have been trying for weeks to try and get it repaired," she said.
"The wall is coming into the road and pedestrians are having to avoid it."
She said some stones have fallen into the road.
Cllr Glentworth said she first contacted the Council in March.
Speaking about the Keighley wall, a Bradford Council spokesperson said: “We are aware of this situation, the wall is secure and work to repair it is scheduled to be carried out in September."
The wall in Frizinghall, just below the closed Black Swan pub, is not on Council land.
A resident got in touch with the T&A after the wall collapsed.
They said they believed it happened earlier this month and that a car had hit it.
"I reported it to the Council and they've come out and put some fencing around it," they added.
A Bradford Council spokesperson said: "This wall is not maintained by Bradford Council and as such we have issued an urgent notice to the landowner.
"We have also installed a protective barrier to make the area safe.
"Pedestrian diversions are in place and we will continue to monitor the situation and take enforcement action if necessary, until the issue is resolved.”
