A WOMAN whose Rottweiler–cross dog injured two men while out of control on two separate occasions in Bradford has been warned that all sentencing options are open including custody.
Holly Fielding, 42, of Selborne Villas, Clayton, Bradford, today pleaded guilty to being the owner of a dark brown Rottweiler cross that was dangerously out of control and injured the men on October 7, 2021, and September 7 last year.
Bradford Crown Court heard that the charges related to the dogs being in Selborne Villas on both occasions.
Fielding, who had no previous convictions, will have a probation report prepared before she is sentenced on September 18.
Judge Sophie McKone warned her that all options were open, including custody.
Fielding’s bail was enlarged until the next hearing.
