One of Bradford’s most used car parks is undergoing a refurbishment this summer.
Every level of The Broadway Shopping Centre’s car park will be freshened up by the middle of August.
Sections of each level will be cordoned off while diversions are in place for pedestrians and drivers.
Improvements include energy efficient LED lights and new paintwork.
Ian Ward, general manager at The Broadway, said: “The purpose of this is to replace all existing lighting with more energy efficient LED fittings.
“We’re making the most of this opportunity and using this time to also refresh the paintwork across all levels and ramp areas, making it easier for our customers to navigate.
“These refurbishments will be completed in stages, one level at a time. Each level will be temporarily closed for a short period of time whilst work is carried out to ensure that our contractors and on site team remain safe.
"On site car parking facilities will be available as normal throughout these refurbishments.”
