A BALACLAVA-clad group tried to break into a house in Bradford.
West Yorkshire Police said the attempted burglary took place yesterday (June 27) at the home on Clayton Road.
A police spokesperson said: "Four unknown suspects dressed in black wearing balaclavas approached a house on Clayton Road from the driveway.
"They tried the door handles and windows. They were carrying mole grips and a blow torch.
"They were unable to gain access and made off in an unknown direction."
Meanwhile, police have issued an appeal about an attempted burglary in Keighley.
Police reported that at 11.30pm yesterday, four or five suspects attempted to break into a house on Westburn Avenue.
"The suspects were disturbed trying the force the handle of the UPVC door," said a police spokesperson.
"No entry was gained and the suspects were chased off."
